Kuari pass winter trekking

The Kuari pass is one of the most beautiful trek, famous for the enchanting view of the snow clad peaks of Neelkanth (6596m), Kamet (7756m), Mukut Parbat, Mana, Nilgiri Parbat, Trishul (7120m), Hardeol, Dronagiri, Rishi Pahar Kalanka, Chaukhamba (7128m), Lampak, Changabang (6864m), and others. On a clear day most of the time you are trekking in the company of these mountains giving you a thrilling experience of the mighty Himalaya, particularly the Nanda Devi Massif. These mountains though far away appear very close. The trail was named after Lord Curzon, who was a keen trekker & it is said that the path was specially improved so that he could trek. With independence it was renamed the Nehru Trail.

Morning After an early breakfast drive to Joshimath (1875m) via Devprayag. Rudraprayag. Kaprayag and Nandprayag, the most famous confluences of Garhwal Himalayas. Lunch enroute. Arrival at Joshimath.by.evening. Upon arrival at Joshimath check in to Hotel. Overnight stay at Guest House Joshimath.
Early in the morning after breakfast drive 14 kms to Dhak where you can see the magnificent view of Nanda Devi peak 7820M. You will start your trek from Dhak. En route you will cross the famous Forest (meadows) of from here you can see the entire range of Nanda Devi sanctuary, Overnight food and stay in Camp.
Morning after breakfast the trek starts with packed lunch continue your walk and complete the trek to the Kuari Pass, One of the high spots of this trek, There may be snow in the pass, but the view from the summit will more than compensate for any difficult on the trail. Almost the whole of Garhwal Himalayas is in view- the great Badrinath groups of peaks to the north and to the west the Nanda Devi sanctuary; Dunagiri; Bethartholi; Hathi Parvat, Kamet, Nilkanth; Manna and Trishul are among the peaks we expect to see. After you come back camp and trek down to Kulara camp. Overnight food and stay in Camp.
Morning after breakfast the trek starts with packed lunch 4-5 hrs to reach Dhak road head, today all the way trek down till Dhak, en rout you will pass Karachi Village, on arrival Dhak where your jeep driver wait to you After drive by jeep to Joshimath 10 kms 30 mint. Overnight stay in Guest House (Tour and Our Service End).
